The Spermatochords is a band formed by San Diego based singer/songwriter A. C. Monteleone. Essentially a solo project, "Lunatics, Wise Men & Their Fools" draws its influence from artists such as The Beatles, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Steely Dan, Elvis Costello and Radiohead. Guitar based (lots of slide) melodic rock is mixed with jazz, blues and folk and lyrically spiked with just enough sarcasm and humor to sharpen the edge.
